From Brasil and Argentina We buy selected frozen beef and from France, Holland and Belgium fresh veal.
As regards pork, We buy directly from stockbreeders in Italian Emilia region, in France and Belgium.
We have a special partnership with some spanish companies : according to a innovative patent licensed , pork meat goes through a specific treatment whose formula is kept secret and owened by marchese that makes the meat tender, tasty and healthy
In these Companies, porks are breeded, slaughtered and packed solely for Marchese.

Best quality lambs come from Italy and France, but We also import from Scotland, Ireland, Argentina and New Zeland.

We sell frozen as fresh poultry.
We buy most part of poultry here in Italy and We import the rest from Brasil, East Europe, France.
Frozen or fresh rabbits are breeded in Italy (Piemonte and Veneto) and in France, worked and frozen by Marchese.

We import lobsters from Cuba and Canada, salmon from Norway, mussels and shellfish from France.
We buy other kind of fishes, as tuna fish or sword – fish, here in Italy
