As
a result Marchese has satisfied the

In this way we cover completely the
meat market, by importing and
exporting; beef, pork and lamb and
poultry.
We purchase the finest Italian beef
and veal from the regions of
Piemonte, Lombardia and Veneto .
We import fresh beef from Germany,
Holland, Austria, veal from France,
Netherlands and Belgium that we
process and deep freeze personally
in our plant.
From Brasil and Argentina we
purchase selected frozen beef.
Our pork is purchased directly from
Italian breeders of the Emilia
region and also from France and
Belgium.
We have a special partnership with
several Spanish companies that
butcher, produce and package for
Marchese: to whom we have supplied
under exclusive licence ; an
innovative process, Patented by
Marchese, whereby particular cuts of
meat are treated by a secret natural
formula that enhances the tenderness
and taste.

The finest of lamb come from Italy
and France, but we also import from
Scotland, Ireland, Argentina and New
Zealand.

• POULTRY
We
purchase the majority of our poultry
in Italy that we supply to our
customers both fresh and frozen.
We also import poultry from Eastern
Europe, France, Brazil and South
America.
Rabbit fresh and frozen are breed in
Italy (Piemonte and Veneto) as well
as from France and other European
countries, and which are then
processed whole or in various cuts
in our plant.

• FROZEN FISH
We
import live lobsters from Cuba, and
frozen from Brazil and Canada,
salmon from Norway, mussels and
shellfish from France.
We also import other varieties of
fish, such as tuna fish or sword –
fish directly from Italy, and many
others from Asia and Malaysia;
including sea bream, seabrass,
octopus, pollack, prawns and squid

Our

vegetable and as is our mission and
duty , now Marchese has included in
the catalogue, after a careful
selection frozen vegetables.
We have choosen the producers that
guarantee their scrupulosity and

which enable us to offer a large
